Brighton Resort parking
Season rules for planning your visit. This page does not report live parking availability.
Reservations
Reservations are required Friday through Sunday and holidays, except December 25, before noon, beginning December 4, 2026. Reserved parking operates from 7am to noon.
Free or paid parking
Qualifying Brighton passholders receive free parking reservations. Parking after noon is free. Other reservation prices were not confirmed in the reviewed policy.
Arrival guidance
For Preferred Parking reservations in the Explorer Lot on non-holiday Mondays through Thursdays, the reservation window is 7am to 11am. Arrival after 11am does not guarantee a parking spot.
